At ACT Foam & Rubber, we strive to ensure you receive the perfect materials for your home projects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the foam or rubber products you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unused, in their original condition, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit; please note that custom-cut foam cannot be returned.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our warehouse facility at the address specified in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
